OXYS CONSULTING designs the coherence between technology and organization. We call it Human-Tech by Design.
We help companies and public administrations turn technology investments — starting with AI — into value: strategy, organization, processes and people changing together with technology.
For technology to produce value, the rest of the organization must change with it. We oversee five dimensions of coherence:
We work on:
- Strategy and business model
- Structure and roles
- Processes
- People: skills, mindset, motivation
- Management systems and culture
How we work: diagnose, design, develop, measure
Diagnosis and measurement — Readiness and impact
Project Team Leader for the CEN/TC 428 projects funded by the European Commission on e-CF 4.0 and ICT profiles. We measure how ready the organization is for the technological change it faces — AI included — and, downstream, the impact produced: a readiness assessment on the way in, adoption and result indicators on the way out.
Design — Organizational coherence
We design structures, roles, responsibilities and processes coherent with the new technology — including the AI governance required by the AI Act — using established models, applied by design.
Development — People
We develop skills and behaviours: AI literacy (Article 4 of the AI Act), digital competences on the European DigComp framework, e-Leadership for the C-suite, adoption and change management.
A senior, multidisciplinary team with backgrounds in Big4 firms, European research and international standardization. We work at principal level only: no juniors to allocate, no products to sell.
